1. 目的 Purpose：

保證風(fēng)淋室正確、安全的使用，確保其使用壽命。

一般生產(chǎn)廠房無塵車間。

3. 職責(zé) Responsibility：

所有進(jìn)出風(fēng)淋室的人員。

4. 操作程序 Operating Procedures：

4.1 進(jìn)入無塵車間時(shí)使用風(fēng)淋室操作方法：

Into the use of clean room operation of Air Shower

（1） 人員由非潔凈區(qū)走到風(fēng)淋室外門

（2）打開外門，進(jìn)入風(fēng)淋室后隨后關(guān)閉外門

（3）按語音提示經(jīng)過紅外感應(yīng)器感應(yīng)區(qū)雙門自動(dòng)上鎖，風(fēng)淋室風(fēng)機(jī)起動(dòng)開始吹淋

（4） 按設(shè)定的時(shí)間吹淋完后，按語音提示打開內(nèi)門進(jìn)入潔凈室

4.2 注意事項(xiàng) Notes

4.2.1進(jìn)入風(fēng)淋室前需看清里面是否有人（風(fēng)淋系統(tǒng)工作時(shí)，不能用力使勁去推拉門，更不能強(qiáng)制性地將門打開，否則電鎖會(huì)被損壞）<如圖5>。

4.2.2進(jìn)出門時(shí)不要用手推玻璃，以免玻璃破碎后傷人（如圖7）。

4.2.3進(jìn)入風(fēng)淋室后需先將門關(guān)好后再站在感應(yīng)區(qū)內(nèi)，尤其是多人一起進(jìn)入的時(shí)候，關(guān)好門后再去感應(yīng)并啟動(dòng)風(fēng)淋門。

4.2.4站在風(fēng)淋室內(nèi)接受風(fēng)淋時(shí)不要避開風(fēng)淋（如圖4）。

4.2.5嚴(yán)禁任何非專業(yè)設(shè)備人員對(duì)風(fēng)淋室的任一技術(shù)參數(shù)進(jìn)行調(diào)整設(shè)置(如圖1)。

4.2.6不可隨便更改風(fēng)嘴的吹風(fēng)方向。

4.2.7進(jìn)出門時(shí)必須輕拉推門把手，不要將門的開度打開至極限，以免造成門、門鎖、閉門器的損壞。（如圖2）

4.2.8大件物品，如料車、推車等進(jìn)出不可走風(fēng)淋室（如圖6），需走另一邊的大門。

4.2.9設(shè)備部設(shè)備人員應(yīng)每日點(diǎn)檢風(fēng)淋室的運(yùn)行狀況，若有異常，及時(shí)上報(bào)工程師處理。
